The city of Kastela evolved around 7 towns (Kastel Sucurac, Kastel Gomilica, Kastel Kambelovac, Kastel Luksic, Kastel Stari, Kastel Novi, Kastel stafilic), i.e. around 7 castles, where each one has its own characteristics pertaining to this particular Mediterranean region. The hotel is close to the beach, however its location is not very cozy on the main road. We stayed there for one night because it is so close to the airport and offers a free shuttle, which worked perfectly.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was spotlessly clean. Our room had a lovely big balcony to sit and relax in the sunshine. There was free internet connection, which is always a bonus.

We stayed at the Adria because of its proximity to the Split Airport. Wefound the conveneince perfect, the manager's hospitalty and courtesysuperb, the prompt and courteous pickup a the airport in the evening andthe delivery to the airport at 5:00 A.
Hotel Adria is situated only 220 yards from the beach and one mile from Split Airport in Kastel Stafilic. It offers bright and elegant rooms with air conditioning and satellite TV. Around 5km away, guests will find the city centre, which is easily reached with the good value public transport (just 50m away) or by car. The hectic tourist centre is around 4km away and Split airport is around 1km away.

I would recommend the villas for a number of reasons. To begin with thelocation is fantastic, which is minutes away from the palace. The ownerwas at the bank when we arrived, but he his friend was there waiting forus in case we arrived.

Excellent value for money. Clean and good location which is all we wereafter for a 1 night stay. Oliver was very helpful. I noticedsome people complaining about finding it, my recommendation is to printout the address on Google maps (or add the address from your booking asa favourite on your phone).

Located directly outside of the old city, thus very convienient for tourists. Great view from the room on the see, see promenade, and nice city place in front of hotel.
