In the ancient Villa Dvor, authentically renovated to a modern family hotel, we offer 23 rooms provided with all comforts, the panorama restaurant "Knez", a small meeting room and an open terrace with a jacuzzi. This hotel is not recommended for handicapped people!

The superb restaurant, Knez, is capable of satisfying the most selective of gourmets and serves a rich American buffet breakfast (served also on the terrace), fish and meat specialities and traditional meals from "Poljica".

The hotel is situated in the nice beach area (sandy and pebbly beaches around) and only 300 metres from the sandy city beach. The hotel overlooks the old picturesque town of Omiš and is near to the canyon of river Cetina. 150 m from Adriatic road D8 Split - Dubrovnik. 200 m from shopping centre. 150 m from the bus stop. Sports enthusiasts can do rafting, canyoning, scuba diving, fishing, go hiking, bike - riding, trekking or free climbing, all in the surrounding area. The curious can visit the old town of Omiš, Split and Trogir. We will be at your disposal to suggest you what to do.

Split airport: 40 km. Exit Dugopolje on A1 highway: 32 km. Bus terminal, port and railway station: 25 km. You can reach us by city bus line number 60 Split - Omiš (zone 4). We can organise a transfer upon request (7,50 kn / km) or if you are with your car take the main road D8 Split - Dubrovnik. When you arrive in Omiš, before the bridge over the river Cetina, you will see the sign for Gata and Zakucac, so take a left there and continue right until you see on your left, on the rock our hotel. Free Parking is from the back side (please ring the bell so we will let you in and if you need help we will come down to take your luggage) and entrance is from the front.

The only way to the hotel is via stairs. If you need help with your luggage, please drive to the private parking behind the hotel and press the "call" button below the light next to the closed gate to contact the reception staff. We will open the gate and come down to help you with your luggage. Please note, that we offer lower rates for extra beds and city/tourist tax during off-season!
