Villa Matejuška is near Diocletian's Palace, the heart and foundation of the city of Split. Nearby are also shops, restaurants, famous bars, popular beaches and the hill of Marjan - the "green soul of the town " and forested park by the sea.

Villa Matejuška is a five minutes' walk from the bus and train stations and the ferry harbour. The airport is about 25 - 30 minutes away by car. The hotel can arrange a taxi service to and from the airport for EUR 35 each way.
