 We highly recommend this holiday apartment, excellent location and is very well equipped. Private parking near the house. Close to the beach (5-10 minutes walking distance), fireplace at the guest’s disposal, house with its own parking space in the shadow, cot upon guest’s request. Services: ater supply from the tank, accessible road to the house is pawed, solar cells electricity power, nearest settlement is 200 m distant, there are gas powered instruments and equiment within the house, main city course electricity power, nearest settlement is 1500 m distant, nearest settlement is 5000 m distant, house is unaccessable by car, water supply from the city waterpipe, GSM signal is reachable, accessible road to the house is an off-road in a good condition.

The staff were very welcoming and drove us to our appartment with ourheavy cases, also helping us with maps of Split and recommending placesto go. The appartment was very spacious, very good value for money witha large kitchenette and bathroom with lots of facilities.

Excellent position although hard to find even taxis can't get youthere. Just before you arrive you will need to reach the hostess by email as she doesn't live there and she has to let you in.

We absolutely loved the Emperor's Suites. The location (right in the middle of Diocletians Palace in the old town) was excellent. The decor of the apartment was outstanding and the owner went out of her way (despite having lost her voice) to spend time with us explaining the important sights to see and recommending an lovely restaurant for us to dine in that evening.

The apartment was very well appointed, beautifully decorated,comfortable and spacious. We stayed in the apartment which was withinDiocletian's palace (I believe most of their units are just outside thepalace) - it was 30 seconds walk from the main square in the old city,within 2 minutes walk of the fruit market, two grocery stores, twobakeries, and less than 5 minutes walk to the ferry terminal and dozensof restaurants.
Nice holiday apartment, only 50 meters to the city center. In the circle of 800 meters there are all what you need : city beaches, shopping center, post office, hospital, bars, etc. Recommended beaches in Split area: Bačvice beach, Ovčice beach, Bacvice beach, Zvončac beach, Žnjan beach. The closest airport is Trogir Airport, which is located approximately 12km away.
