Baska is a town and port located on the southeastern coast of the island of Krk, and is also the most popular tourist resort on Krk, the largest island in the Adriatic Sea. Near the old settlement, a new one has been built with tourist facilities, which makes Baska a famous tourist resort nowadays. An 1800-meters-long pebble beach is said to be one of the most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic coast.
