- kitchen separated from dining room with sliding door
(combined electric-gas cooker, electric oven, fridge
with freezing compartment, dish washer, microwave)

The description of first floor:
- bedroom (14 m2) with double bed + balcony
- bedroom (9 m2; TV) with single bed + spare bed in drawer
