Fažana: apartments, accommodation
Apartments Dermit (***) are located in Istria, in Fazana, near Pula.
The house is located between Fazana (2.5 km) and Pula (3.5 km), off the main road. At quiet dawns you can hear cry of pheasants.
Sand and rock beaches are in two near by camps (1.2 km), with a view to the national park Brijuni.
Apartments
Two apartments on ground floor of family house are fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Living room, dining room and kitchen are one room, air conditioned, satellite TV. Each apartment has two bedrooms, first one with a double bed, and second one with two separate beds. Bathroom has a shower, toilet, and washbasin. Hot water comes from a central heating system for the whole house.
The kitchen is equipped with gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, all utensils and cutlery. We provide linen but not towels.
In front of entrance there is covered terrace (12 m2) with table and chairs. In the garden there is large grill shared among occupants.
Parking place is inside the yard.
We offer wireless Internet access.
We accept pets, small / medium size, up to 12 kg.
The house owner lives in the same house.
Arrival
Saturday is preferred arrival day in July and August. Shorter stay up to 3 days has a higher price.
Arrival (check in) is after 14:00 hours; departure (check out) is by 10:00 hours or as arranged.
Price
Price is per apartment for up to 4 persons, extra bed for 5th person is charged +10 €.
Price is all included; it includes tourist tax and all expenses (electricity, water, gas, parking).
Price of unlimited Internet access is 5€ / day.
Price for a dog is 5€ / day and 100 € deposit for possible damage.
For shorter stays of two or three nights the price is higher 30%, and for one night 50%.
Payment
Reservation is accomplished by 20% down payment, not refundable, to the bank account. Remaining balance (80%) is paid in cash upon arrival to apartment. Alternative payment is possible with Western Union mo
