Apartments Ivana (***) are located in Istria, in small village 4 km north of Pula, Stinjan.
Surroundings
Near by (1,5 km) camp Puntizela (free entrance) has wonderful beach with pebbles suitable for children. Tennis court is in the village (300 m). Excursions to Brijuni National Park start in Fazana (3 km). Center of Pula is 7 km.
Apartments
House accommodates three independent apartments (2+2, 2+2, 2+1 beds), all on the ground floor with terraces and enclosed grass yard.
Each apartment has living room with mini kitchen (cooker, refrigerator, utensils). One bedroom for 2 persons has air conditioning and digital satellite TV. Bathroom has shower, sink, toilet.
Each apartment has 10 m2 of terrace. In the courtyard there is barbecue shared among guests.
One parking place for each apartment is inside courtyard in front the house.
House pets (dogs, cats) are allowed.
The owner lives in same house on first floor. There is no telephone line or internet access available.
Arrival
You can arrive any day in the week. Minimal stay is 3 days, shorter stay is possible but with higher price.
Arrival (check in) is from 12:00 to 16:00 hours, departure (check out) is before 10:00 hours, or as arranged.

Price
Price is NOT per apartment but per number of persons.

Price is per night per number of persons, and is same for any apartment. Price includes all expenses like electricity, water, gas, clean linen and towels (once at arrival).
Sojourn taxes are charged extra upon arrival, just once 4 € per each person. For short stay of two or three nights price is 30% higher, for one night 50% higher.
Payment
Reservation is accomplished by 10% down payment, not refundable. Remaining balance (90%) is paid in cash upon arrival to apartment.
Preferred method of down payment is Moneybookers account, then international bank money transfer or Western Union money transfer.
