Dear guest welcome to our summer house in little village Zavala! Little village of Zavala is the destination of choice for a long-awaited, unforgettable, relaxing vacation.

IN ZAVALA PREPARE FOR SOMETHING TOTALLY DIFFERENT... On the first morning when you wake up, you will feel like the time has stoped... Your first thought will not be to check your mobile phone or to turn on the TV (which we on purpose do not offer you - you need to find different ways of entertainment). Your first tought will be to get out on one of our sunny terraces, to enjoy the beautiful view which is opening right before you...The crystal-clear blue sea, sunny terrace, the fresh unpoluted air like rarely experienced...The unique sound of crickets...In a quiet environment, with no cars and disruptive noises anywhere near you...If you came by car, you can freely forget about the sound of your car, because everything you need for a relaxing holiday is around 300-500 airline around you...Newspaper which you can go buy by walking along the path directly at the sea...Bread which you can buy in a very unique selling place directly by the sea (but you need to hurry up-in high season breasd is sold out mainly around 10 o clock...). But do not worry even if you have slept little longer, there is still a shop 500 m away from you (altough to the shop it is up hill-even if you are on holidays, you need little recreation, but from market to apartment is hill down) where you can buy fresh bread and mainly everything you need...When it is time for the beach, maye you did not had the chance to take your regular doze of coffein - do not worry, only 4 m up over the beach where you will spend your days sun bathing and swimming, is a beautiful bar where you can take your coffee, your beer or ice cream, in very unique decoration, with nice relaxing, not so loud music, just few meters from the sea...
In Zavala there are not so many, but there are quality restaurants which are offering daily fresh fish and other sea fruits...
You will wish that these holidays would last even longer then usual...

Zavala is a village and small harbour on the southern coast of the island of Hvar, 13 km south of Jelsa, situated on the south side of the island Hvar. Zavala is famous because of its untouched nature and beautiful gravel beaches. Across the sea from Zavala is the island of Scedro, a true natural paradise, while the villages Ivan Dolac and Sveta Nedjelja are located in the immediate vicinity. It is a picturesque village, on a slope by the sea with several beautiful pebble beaches.
Zavala is famous for its excellent white wine (bogdanjuša). Below the village, a string of beautiful beaches lapped by a crystal clear sea. The most attractive is at Petrašcica (with a cave). In Zavala you can find a couple of restaurants and a small local shop, and in neighboring Jelsa you can find everything that you need for a great holiday.
Zavala is an ideal destination for those who want to escape from city crowd and to sincerely relax surrounded by the hypnotic scents of lavender and rosemary, picturesque olive trees and vineyards, clear sea with magical undersea life, extraordinary mild and healthy climate will remain in your memory forever.
