Apartments Neven (***) are located in Pula town, in 'Stoja' area.
Neighborhood
Sea is very near (200 m) on three sides and nearest beach (300m) has pebbles and rocks. You can reach city center by public transportation in 10 minutes.
Apartments
Large apartment cip256 (7+1) is on top floor (second) with view in all directions. Next to it is small apartment cip205 (2+2). Middle apartment cip206 (4+2) is on the ground floor, with 50m2 of shaded terrace.
Each apartment has air conditioning and is fully and luxuriously equipped. One parking space per apartment is secured in front of a building.
Pets are allowed for two smaller apartments.
Terms
In season we rent on full week Saturday-Saturday, and out of season there is no limit.
Arrival (check in) is 14:00 to 19:00 hours; departure (check out) is before 10:00 hours, or as arranged.
Charge
Price is per apartment and includes all costs such as electricity, water, gas, clean linen and towels (once per visit).
For large apartment there is a deposit of 150 € for damage or lack of final cleaning.
Residence fees are charged upon arrival only once, 5€ per person.
Payment
Reservation is accomplished by 30% down payment, non refundable, to the bank account. Remaining balance (70%) is paid in cash upon arrival to apartment. Alternative payment is possible with Western Union money transfer and Moneybookers.

Additional information
If you are traveling by plane, we'll provide free transportation from and to the Pula airport. We'll provide a berth for your dinghy free of charge. We'll rent you a boat, length 5m with 5hp motor. We'll rent you bikes.
