Split is situated in the most beautiful part of Croatia in Central Dalmatia. If you are coming to Croatia, you must visit one of the most beautiful cities in the Mediterranean - Split and his 1700 years old Diocletians palace and one of the oldest cathedral in the world Sv.Dujma patron of the cathedral city of Split.
We are situated some 300 meters from beutiful, 1700 years old Diocletian's palace for Roman times. After visiting palace, you can relax yourself at oldest and most popular sand beach in Split, Bačvice (beach is carrier of Blue Flag), which is 150 meters from us. near us you can find many restaurants which offer healthy Mediterranean cuisine, many bars, Internet caffe's, many stores and souvenir shops, pharmacy and hospital.
Apartment has one room, living room with big couch which is expandable into additional bed for 2 persons, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. Apartment and all rooms are air conditioned and equipped with sattelite TV and mini fridge.
All rooms and apartments have a coffee maker and tea, which is charged, you can use for free, also all rooms and apartments have a sofa to daily rest and watching TV and writing desk. All rooms have new, fully equipped bathrooms. All accomodation units are categorized with 3 stars.

Additional information
If you are arriving with your car and announce your arrival, a free parking space is waiting for you. Also, if you need transfer from airport to center of Split, we have our own taxi service. Price of transfer from airport to our accomodation units is 250 kn (35 EUR) for 4 persons and luggage. Transfer is done with air-conditioned Mercedes E-Class. In case you are arriving by bus, rail or ferry and announce your arrival, we will take you to us for free. Our accomodation units are intended for bussines people and tourists. Prices are starting from 50 €ur for a day and for longer period we have special discounts. Please contact us regarding all questions you might have. We will do everything to make your stay with us in Split and Croatia as nice as possible. Croatia is a country with a thousand islands, a small country for great holidays.
