The apartment is on the 2nd floor (farthest right in the photograph) and is accessible by stairs at the rear of the building. Unfortunately this means it would be unsuitable for wheelchair users.
The swimming pool in the grounds is for the sole use by the residents of this small development and their guests. It is a circulatory, chlorinated system that is professionally cleaned once a week and is available for use from May through to September. A large sun terrace surrounds the pool offering sunshine and shade and is a great spot for an evening BBQ.
Air-conditioning and heating makes this tastefully furnished apartment comfortable all year round. The apartment is spacious and if you plan to rent bicycles, you'll find the large hallway has enough room for four.
The king-size bed makes for a peaceful and quiet nights sleep and there are a set of drawers and hanging rail. This is a spacious apartment and the large comfortable double sofa-bed in the lounge makes it suitable for 2 - 4 people.
Bed linen and towels are provided (excluding beach towels) and the apartment is cleaned thoroughly at each changeover.
The fully tiled bathroom has a large power shower, WC, basin, shaving point, mirrored cabinet, wall heater iron, ironing board, clothes airer and automatic washing machine, and the window gives beautiful views of the bay. Unlike many apartment blocks in the area there is a back up water storage tank which has proved invaluable after prolonged dry spells during the summer months.

You'll find a great choice of restaraunts nearby and if you prefer to eat at home, the kitchen is equipped with a fridge / freezer, electric oven, kettle, pots and pans, chopping board and everything else you could want, and there will be a complimentary bottle of wine and basic provisions waiting for you. Breakfast out on the private balcony is a great way to start the day. It's an equally good spot for enjoying a glass of wine while the sun is setting over the bay. The sun loungers are ideal for relaxing out on the sun terrace by the pool. The double sofa-bed is very comfortable and makes the apartment suitable for 2 - 4 people, Also in the lounge is a TV, DVD/CD with surround sound and an auxiliary in for MP3 player. On the side table you'll find a Guest Book containing helpful suggestions and ideas for things to do written by previous guests.
