It consists of two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, living room with kitchen, bathroom, sauna, terrace, garden with swimming pool and outdoor jacuzzi. In the second part of the courtyard is a large stone fireplace with a table for 12 people. Parking for several vehicles. Beautiful views of the sea and islands. Distance from the sea 300 meters. Possible food from nearby restaurants (restaurant owner holds a knight culinary arts degree). The American magazine Forbes named beach in Brela 6th most beautiful beach in the world and first in Europe. The house can be rented whole year. Price for daily rent of the house is: 400 € / day in June and September, 500 € / day in July and August.

About Brela
Brela is situated about 14 km to the northwest of Makarska and on both sides it is framed by the longest and most beautiful beach in Dalmatia. Six kilometres of pebble beaches form small secluded coves fringed with thick pine forest. There is also a string of beautiful family houses and villas which are rented to tourists.
Situated on the sunny coast of the Makarska Riviera, Brela has had the blue flag for the last 10 years. The blue flag symbolises the well-preserved, safe and pleasant environment, cleanness of the sea and the coast and well-equipped and tidy beaches. Brela is the perfect place for a good holiday, entertainment and recreation.
The American magazine Forbes included the beach Punta rata among the 10 most beautiful beaches in the world where it ranks sixth, while it is the first in Europe.
Shady path follows the sea line from beach to beach which are very well-kept and equipped with all the necessary facilities which we expect to have on a modern beach. The beaches are on both sides of the place, but the longest stretch is about 4 km west to the centre.
