The apartments are located in the little place called Njivice on the island of Krk. The location of the villa, in which ground floor the apartments are placed, is nearby the sea and the beach with green landscape all arround. Near the beach, just a few meters away is nicely decorated forest/park with cosy shade and the children's playground. Two new apartments in the ground floor of the villa offer comfortable accommodation for two, even three persons with one additional bed if needed. Apartments have each its own terrace located towards the west with the view on the sea so the guests can enjoy in the view and beautiful sunsets. The apartments are in shade most of the day and the inner space , when warm outside, stays comfortable to stay in. The guests have parking place in the yard of the villa protected from the sun with the grape vine. The backyard of the house is fully decorated with stone walls, stone barbecue and green grassland and mediterranean plants. Guests can also taste fresh figs from the garden, enjoy the smell of lavender and rosemary and at the end of August, beginning of September you can taste our own grapes from the garden. The very house is located on the nice and quiet place by the sea with the natural shade in the oasis or peace and quiet. There is almost no traffic in the street where the villa is located, so the sounds of the birds and the sea really get your attention. The villa is cca 10 minutes walk from the centre of Njivice, so you will not need the car almost at all.
