We are quite close to main bus station, green market and Gruž Port promenade. In the nearby Port, as well as at Old City Port, there is a wide choice of turistic boats that can take you at City sightseeing, whole day fish picnic on Elaphite Islands, or even to Cavtat.
The Old Town is only 1,5 km away. There you can visit many museums, monuments, churches and monasteries, magnificent City Walls with walk around tours, exhibitions, cinemas, theater, souvenirs shops, restaurants, sandwich bars and pizzerias.
There is an Aquarium at St. Ivan's fortress, and on the Island of Lokrum there is a beautiful Botanical garden, Maximillian's Pallace, Benedictine monastery...

The Old town is reachable by No 8 bus line or within 15-20 mins on foot, while city Taxy service are available too. All city beaches are approximately 1,5 km away, while some less frequented and much quieter beaches could be found just a few kilometers out of town.
