Villa Melia is situated 130 m from the sea in a quiet pine forest and surrounded by a Mediterranean garden. The Villa is intended for a quiet family vacation, away from bustling cities and crowded tourist destinations. The Villa was built in 2006. The apartments are on the ground floor and the second floor and each has their own entrance and big terrace facing south, with an amazing view of the ocean. Villa Melia offers comfortable living space in 4 apartments. All of the windows are protected with mosquito netting, so they can be left open all night long, for a pleasant and comfortable sleep. For guests, an outdoor grill has been built in the east side of garden in the shade of a fig tree. Pets are not allowed in the apartments. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments. You can smoke on the terrace.

Ivan Dolac is a tourist village situated on the southern part of the island of Hvar, 10 km from Jelsa, 20 km from Stari Grad and 38 km from the town of Hvar. The village is connected to the rest of the island with a 1.5-kilometre long tunnel. Ivan Dolac is famous for its vineyards that give wine of exceptional quality. The village of Ivan Dolac was first settled in the 15th century, and traces of traditional Dalmatian architecture are visible all around.
