The house has two appartments and only one on the ground floor is for rent. It is situated 10 m from the sea, with a little beach reserved to this, overlooking Bay of Mali Ston on Pelješac peninsula.
Apartment has 4+1 beds, kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Parking lot can accomodate 3 cars.
There is plenty of space around the house for undisturbed rest in the shadow of mediteranian plants on a hot summer day, and a place for barbique.
The apartment is set near a small village on the sea called Drace.
Drace is 1 Km away, there you can find a restaurants, a pizzeria, and a small supermarket. In diameter of several kilometers there are a bigger shops, restaurant with domestic kitchen, post office (village called Janjina, 5km north west), almost wilde, long sand beaches, (on the other coast of peninsula, 5 km south east, village called Žuljana) bar with shellves fresh from the sea (1km south east).
About 30 minutes drive north west by car will get you to Orebic where you can take a small boat trip (about 15min) to island and medieval city of Korcula. To get to Dubrovnik, famous medieval city you will need one hour driveing (south east). You can also wisit Island of Mljet where is situated one of National Parks, with ancient mediterenian forrest, and 2 salt lakes. The main road of the peninsula passes near the house with the appartment. Airport is in Dubrovnik, travelers harbour are in Dubrovnik and Korcula, and they are connected with international, and national lines.
