The Apartments are located 12 km away from the town of Mali Losinj in the quiet bay of Kandija, only 60 m from the sea. The bay is surrounded by wonderfull nature of typical mediterranean vegetation, macchia and pine-wood. In the bay the beach is of mixed characteristics, but we can offer You the possibility of boat-renting for the exploration of other beaches or a mooring and a place for Your own boat. Due to the extraordinary climatic circumstances a long term rent of our appartments is possible even out of the high summer-season period and specially to those who love underwater- and sportfishing, hunting or for the artloving souls (painters, writers, photographers, ...) who love quietness and tranquillity and know how to enjoy the beauty of nature.

The climate:

Thanks to the mild climate Mali Lošinj and Veli Lošinj since 1892 are known as climatic-sanatory-centers for lung-illnesses. Lošinj is, because of its crystal-cleer bays and 2600 sunny hours in the year, the ideal Island for bathing-guests and pleasent holidays. The average air-temperature in summertime is 24 C und the sea-temperature 23 C. Tranquility and relax are guaranteed in every season of the year, since there are several chilometars of walking pathways along the skyblue bays and in the interior of the island.

The vegetation:

The Island has a rich mediterranean vegetation with vast pinewoods, palmen, zypresses, orange- and lemontrees, bouganvillas, oleandres, ....

The events:

In the last years the Board of Tourism, the Municipality, the private enterprises and the hotels of the island have done very much for the guests. In Osor every year festivals of classic music are organized. The Town of Lošinj organizes evenings of serenades, pop-music koncerts and various folcloristic programs on the main square, in the center of the town, but there are also the disco, the casino, etc.

The food:

You won't be dissapointed by the art of cooking, especially speaking of fish and seafruits, but there are also pizzeria-s, restaurants, fast-food, etc.
