Vila Sanja, Vinkuran Pula
Banjole: apartments, accommodation
Apartments Vila Sanja (***) are situated in Istria, in a small village Vinkuran 3 km south of Pula, which belongs to the Riviera Medulin. Vinkuran is known as quiet place even in the middle of tourist summer season.
Surroundings
In Vinkuran cove (10 minutes walk) there is rocky beach with pine trees by the sea. Near by are sand and rock beach in Banjole (900m), and managed pebbly beach in Pjescana bay (1200m).
Here are some distances: grocery store 150 m, restaurant 1000 m, disco 3 km, horse-riding 5 km, center of Pula 6 km.
Apartments
House accommodates five independent apartments size 21-57m2 (2 studio, 2 +1, 2 +1, 2 +1 +1 +1, 2 +2 +1) with a separate shared entrance.
Each apartment has a living room with kitchenette (electric stove, refrigerator, cooking utensils), air conditioning and satellite TV. The bedroom has a double bed for 2 people. Bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet. Each apartment has a balcony or terrace.
The large grassy courtyard has the century-old oak tree, shared grill and a sandbox for small children. One parking place per apartment is in front of a house or inside the yard.
Pets (dogs, cats) are not allowed. There is no telephone line or internet access available.
The owners live in the same house on a separate entrance.
Arrival
You can arrive any day in the week. Minimal stay is 3 days, shorter stay is possible but with higher price.
Arrival (check in) is from 14:00 to 19:00 hours, departure (check out) is before 10:00 hours, or as arranged.
Charge
Price is per apartment and includes all costs such as electricity, water, gas, clean linen and towels (once at arrival). Standard residence fees are payable upon arrival, that is registration 4 € per person and 1 € per day, for children 50%.
For short stays of two or three nights the price is higher 30%, and for one night 50%.
Reservation
We'll send you offer with full price to email.
Reservation is accomplished by 30% down payment, not refundable, to our bank account or by postal money order or by Moneybookers account. The remaining balance (70%) is paid in cash upon arrival to apartment.
